My stay at Mandalay Bay had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the prompt service and a large variety of on-site restaurants made dining enjoyable. However, I was let down by the room issues, including the noise from the club above and maintenance problems that took away from my experience. Overall, I would consider returning if they remodeled and improved their customer service process.

Unfortunately, my room experience was less than ideal. I encountered water issues and loud noise from the club above, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work well. The throw rug was also patched with duct tape, which was disappointing for a suite.

The staff was friendly and responsive, especially given the maintenance issues I faced. They apologized and tried to make things right by offering compensation.

The hotel's location near the airport is convenient, but a room facing the airport could disrupt light sleepers. It was fairly easy to get around thanks to the tram system.
